Hireup - Team Up On Your Terms

Traditionally, disability support providers choose a support worker for the person with a disability – leaving both themselves and their carers with no say in who they’re paired with. So from pitch to production, we partnered with Australia’s largest online disability support service to help shake up the sector.

Hireup allows clients and carers to connect on their terms, so we launched the service with a refreshing new platform that put the community in charge of their narratives. Featuring two genuine stories from Hireup duos and voiced by Australia’s only blind voice-over artist, Alistair Lee, we used authentic story-telling with a fresh, upbeat tone to bring a very much needed conversation to the mainstream.
